Values & Behaviours

Our V&Bs guide how we work every day and have helped us to create a great culture for the business, making it a fantastic place to work. We have more than 120 V&B ‘Champions’ around KP Snacks who work to embed our V&Bs into every part of our business, at every site, every day. Everyone can call out their colleagues if they feel they have demonstrated our Values and Behaviours really well.
