This campaign, which is being launched by the Princess Royal, will reach over a quarter of a million school children across the UK. It will encourage them to have breakfast, have ‘5 a day’, drink the recommended number of drinks, try something new and get active. Materials for a range of activities is being provided for teachers to use with their classes to improve children’s understanding of food and the need to eat a healthy balanced diet.
